Heads-Up: Historical Call Data Will Be Limited to 7 Days Starting April 30
This update applies only to call data. All other datasets remain unchanged.
Blockchains continuously generate massive amounts of data, driving up storage and infrastructure costs. To address this, we at Bitquery regularly evaluate our datasets to ensure we deliver maximum value.
During our latest review, we observed that historical call data beyond seven days offers minimal value to most users. To improve efficiency and maintain focus on more relevant insights, we've decided to streamline our call data to include only the most recent seven days. In other words, you will not be able to access contract call data older than 7 days.
The calls data contains smart contract call details.

Importantly, all other datasets — including transfers, balances, trades, events, and transactions — remain completely unaffected. This strategic adjustment enables us to enhance performance, speed up queries, and deliver more effective service for the datasets most valuable to our users.
This change will be effected on April 30. If you need historical call data, please reach out to us via:
